Based in North London at my home studio, I offer both Acrylic and BIAB services. Please read all the information below before making a booking.

Booking

Please ensure to look over each service to ensure you are booking the set that you need. I will only have time to do exactly what you’ve booked for. For example, do not book a simple set when you want a complex design, or an infill when you need a full set.

There is no deposit to book but there is a penalty for not attending your appointment. Once you have secured your booking, you will then receive an email detailing my address and any additional details such as parking/travel information.

I am cash only and do not accept bank transfers under any circumstances. Please try to come to your appointment with the correct cash as I can be limited on change.

Design

Please try to send me your design prior to your appointment via Instagram DM’s so I have an idea of the set you’re after. I can also give you an exact price at this point so you know how much cash to bring.

Late Arrivals

If you’re going to be late to your appointment please let me know as soon as possible via instagram DM. My appointments are booked back to back meaning if you are late your design may have to be simplified. If you are more than 10 minutes late you run the risk of your appointment being cancelled.

Please factor in the time of your appointment when leaving your home. If your slot is around rush hour/ school times, please plan your journey accordingly. If you need to get cash out, please do so in advance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your appointment please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand. Anything after this will result in an automatic charge of £15 which is non negotiable. No further appointments can be booked until this fee has been paid.

No Shows

If you simply do not show up to your appointment without letting me know, you will not be able to book with me again.

Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment please come wearing a mask and text me when you are outside. If you are feeling unwell please let me know and do not attend.

Please come with the image of the design your after and bare nails. I do not remove/work over anyone else’s work. This includes gel polish/nail varnish/strengthener. If you come with anything on your nails, your appointment will be cancelled.

Please do not book in with me if your nails are damaged or extremely bitten. I will not be able to work with this due to retention and preventing any more damage to your nails. If you are not sure what qualifies as damaged, please feel free to send me a message. I have the right to refuse service if I feel your nails/skin are too damaged.

Guests

No guests/plus ones under any circumstances. This includes children.

Repairs

If for whatever reason you experience any issues with your nails e.g. chipping/breakage within the first 72 hours please let me know and I’ll accommodate you. Anything after this will be charged.
